This class will be focusing on the basics of hoop dance as well as various tricks and moves that will help any student develop their hoop flow. No experience necessary! This is a judgement free zone for you to learn and improve your hula hoop practice. A variety of adult sized hula hoops will be provided to borrow. Whether you want to learn to hoop or just want to try something new, you will have fun! Ages 10+. 

Class is $10 per person or $35 for 4 classes. Please bring cash if you would like to pay at the studio or you can register and pre-pay online at https://clients.mindbodyonline.com.
